I did some lower body mobility and stretching this morning, hit arms and shoulders after church.
Began with upper body mobility and stretching into
DB curls
Band Tricep Pushdowns
Machine Preacher curls
Bent over band tricep OH ext
Jumping jacks with twists
Kneeling DB OH Presses
DC style stretching after final sets

Started with full body stretching and mobility then rolled into
DB Bent Over Rows
Push Ups
Band High and Low Rows
Band Int and Ext rotation
Band Tricep Pushdowns
Lying Ab Twists
Bosu ball ab crunches
Lying sit ups
BW Squats and Lunges
Jumping jacks with twists
DC style stretching after final sets
I've been using 250mg of injectable L carnitine each morning for 3 days, no noticeable difference yet but I haven't felt low either so time will tell if the dose needs adjusted.

Yesterday's workout was full body calisthenics
Lunges
Push Ups
Dips
Chin Ups
Jumping jacks with twists
Various BW mobility exercises
In the evening I got 30min of cardio and plyometrics mixed together

The injectable L carnitine definitely is making a difference in energy levels and pumps during workouts. I'm combining it with one more round of natty boosters including tongkat Ali, ashwagandha, boron, etc to see how good I can feel and perform. Afterwards I will assess whether or not I will go back on during the summer months to help keep up with workload I have coming(will be working 7 days a week doing physical labor plus side jobs/remodeling rentals in the evenings)
I would love to combine injectable L carnitine while on a cycle, the results would be amazing I'm sure.

It stands alone as a substance that encourages the development of androgen receptors. Could be very helpful for a solid run prior to and during a cycle.

I've heard of guys running it at 500mg a day, shit even at 250mg it's effects are very noticeable and make a difference.

1.6mile run, with backwards walking up a hill and a 80% effort sprint for ~80-100 yards mixed in during.
