      Added cutting up a fallen cherry tree with the chainsaw, 20min of cardio this eveing, and some stretching to the workload since this morning.

      This mornings workout was a quick intense one no breaks, about 25min total

      Band Tricep Pushdowns
      DB curls
      DB lateral raises
      Band Face Pulls high, mid, and low positions
      Push ups
      DB curl to OH Presses
      Machine preacher curls
      Tibialis Raises
      Ab Wheel rollouts
      Lying Ab twists(Russian twists but this is Merica haha)
      Bent over tricep OH ext
      Jumping jacks with twists into sprints in place(football drill, chop your feet full effort to exhaustion)

      Pinned 250mg of L carnitine in my left tricep, been pinning this stuff every morning, but found with the pump it burned less than pinning with no pump.
      GET SOME!

      Yesterday was just stretching and stayed moving working during the day laying flooring.

      This mornings workout was 4 rounds of run 1/4 mile, pull ups, dips, BW Inverted Rows with a 1 min break between rounds.

      I had a bro moment for the first time in a long time last night. Got home late and went out to eat but got a pump first with push ups, DB curls, and band tricep pushdowns.

      Today's workout was a more intense version of last night's workout

      Push ups various stances
      DB curls
      Band Tricep Pushdowns
      Machine preacher curls
      Bent over Band OH Tricep Ext
      Finished with DB curls to OH Presses and DB lateral raises into low to high DB flyes/raises for upper pecs

      DC style stretching after each set
      GET SOME!

      Kb Swings
      Bosu ball hip adduction
      Archer squats
      Lying Nordic Leg Curls

      Standing Band Mid Rows
      Band Row Rotation thing I made up, I'd have to film to explain
      Band Rotations for abs/obliques
      Lat Pulldowns wide grip, 1 side at a time then both to finish
      DB Rows
      Cardio for 20min
      GET SOME!
