Stretching and 20min of cardio today

This morning was a 1.6mile run with backwards walking on 2 steep hills and a 80% 100yard sprint half way through the run.
I added in a few sets of pull ups throughout the day, and did a short back workout of Standing Band Mid Rows and BB Landmine Narrow Neutral Grip Rows

Today was chest, shoulders, arms
Machine Pec Flyes
Machine Chest Press
DB lateral raises
DB Curls
Band Tricep Pushdowns
DB Curl to OH Presses
Band Posterior Shoulder/Rotator Cuff work
Bent Over OH Band Tricep ext
Jumping jacks with twists
DC style stretching after most sets, short rest periods so I was drenched in sweat by the end. Good workout

This mornings workout began with fulbody yoga/stretching then 5 rounds of BW Inverted Rows, Dips, Pull Ups just negatives, and run 1/8th mile then sprint 1/8th mile

Hit legs this morning, started with some stretching then rolled into
Lunges
Archer Squats
Squat to Calf Raises(slowed vertical jump basically)
Burpees
Bosu ball hip adduction
DB Calf Raises
Tibialis Raises
Nordic Lying Leg Curls
DB Squats Sumo and Narrow
More Squat to Calf Raises to burnout at the end
Stretching after final sets.

This morning had good stretching and yoga session then rolled into
Standing Band Low Rows
Bent Over DB Rows
Band Lat/Obliques Rotating Rows(strange exercise I made up)
DB Lateral Raises
Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns
Burpees
Bosu Ball crunches/twists/side bends
Ab Vacuums
Stretching after final sets
My weight is still floating between 210-213 but people have commented recently my shoulders, chest, and arms look bigger so some recomp is taking place. Progress, GET SOME!
