      DB Squats Sumo and Narrow stances
      DB Calf Raises
      Lying Nordic Leg Curls
      Machine Leg Ext
      Tibialis Raises

      After hitting legs in the morning yesterday I hit another round in the evening, everything was done in one giant set with no rest periods

      2min of BW Lunges
      2min of BW Sumo Squats
      1min of Squat to Calf Raises
      1min of Calf Raises
      1min of KB Swings
      GET SOME!

      This mornings workout was 4 rounds of run 1/4mile, dips, and chin ups, last run bumped up to ~80% of full sprint....metcon GET SOME!

      Got in more cardio today while working and took the dogs for a walk on the hillside trail not far. We took a cold plunge in the creek along the trail.

      DB Curls
      Band Facepull into rotator cuff exercises
      Self Assisted Handstand Push ups knees up on bench
      Push Ups between chairs for chest stretch
      Hammer Curls with a Amish log chair haha

      Stretching after final sets

      No workout yesterday, the day was busy though and it was day 1 of a 3 day fast.

      This mornings workout was 10min of burpees.
