Todays workout included in the morning
Standing Band Low Rows
DB Lateral Raises
Bent Over DB Rows
Push Ups upper pec and normal variations
Then in the afternoon
Pull/Chin Ups
Dips

This evening's workout was
DB Laterals to death haha
Lying Ab Twists(Russian twists)
Hanging ab twists in a bent knee lever
Hanging ab crunches knees tucked

I forgot to note this recent 3 day fast wasn't nearly as mentally challenging but I exercised a little less this time too. No profound spiritual experience after this one like on my first one last year either. Fasting 1 day a week should and likely will become the common eating plan.

Band Tricep Pushdowns
Dips(arms behind on bench)
Curls using a bench as the weight flat palms
Band Hammer Curls
Band OH Tricep Ext

Yesterday work ran long and had a meeting for the local men's club right after.
Todays workout was 4 rounds of dips, pull/chin ups, jog(long gradual slope downhill) 1/8th mile then sprint(long gradual slope uphill) 1/8th mile

I love fasting on occasion and it is a good way to cut a day of calories.

Todays workout was running to a buddy's house and walking back 1.3 mile run and 1.3mile walk

Todays workout included
BB Deadlifts Sumo
BB Incline Chest Press
Hack squats
Cable Tricep Pushdowns with rope
Dip Machine
Cable Chest Flyes low mid high
Bosu ball hip adduction
DC style stretching after most sets, happy to still be able to pull 405 as it's been a year or so since I BB Deadlifted. Great workout!
