      My legs weren't torched enough from yesterday so todays workout was 4 rounds of pull ups, dips, walk 150yards to slow my heart back down then sprint 150yards back. My hamstrings are wrecked now haha.

      Walked on the trail this morning and cold plunged in the creek for 20min

      Todays workout included

      Jumping jacks
      Jumping jacks with twists
      Dip position hanging leg raises
      DB lateral raises
      Kneeling DB OH Presses
      Light band tricep pushdowns
      Upper Pec focused hands elevated push ups

      Had to hit it fast and hard today on a time crunch so short rest periods and giant sets were used.
      GET SOME!

      Work ran long for 2 days so I just stretched before bed no workouts.

      This evening's workout was 4 rounds of pull/chin ups, dips. Jog 200m down the hill, sprint 200m up the hill

      Kneeling DB OH Presses
      Hands elevated upper pec focused push ups
      DB curls
      Dips
      5min of burpees

      DC style stretching after final sets

      Pull ups
      Dip position toes to bar overhead
      Standing Band Rotating Rows
      Bosu ball crunches and side bends

      The past 4 days had a lot going on so it turned into a protein packed deload, I had a great workout today.

      Started with a long yoga/stretching session into

      Band Tricep Pushdowns
      DB Curls

      Then into 4 rounds of dips, pull ups, walk 200m, sprint 200m back. The pump was awesome today.
