This evening's workout started with a stretching/yoga session, rolled into dip position hanging leg raises, BW Inverted Rows, dips, and a .8mile run
Last night's workout included
BW Lunges high rep
BW Sumo Squats high rep
BFR Band tricep pushdowns
BFR 1arm crucifix curls
BFR DB lateral raises
DC style stretching after final sets
Last night's workout was 3 rounds of pull ups, dips, and jog .6mile all with 20lb weight vested added
Started with a good yoga/stretching session into leg day
BW Lunges
DB Sumo Squats
Bosu ball hip adduction
DB Calf Raises
Nordic Lying Leg Curls
Tibialis Raises
DB stiff leg deadlifts
BFR single leg ext
DC style stretching after all sets, did a warm up then 1 set of each exercise with heavier intensities than usual and to failure.
