      Todays workout started with a quick stretching session then rolled into

      Band Tricep Pushdowns
      DB curls
      BFR Band tricep OH ext
      BFR Band single arm crucifix curls

      DC style stretching after each set
      GET SOME!

      Last n9ggt was just foam rolling and stretching to work a bunch of knots and stuff out of various joinsin back, ribs, and hips.

      Thus evening was just cardio 5.4 mile run.

      2 days of just stretching

      This evening's workout included

      Dips
      Chin ups
      Upper Pec focused push ups
      Kneeling DB OH Presses
      DB lateral raises
      Dip position hanging leg raises
      GET SOME!

      This evening's workout was 3 rounds of dips, BW Inverted Rows, run .6mile.

      I realized post workout in the mirror that my physique is definitely back on par as when I was on gear, see my profile pic to the side for reference from when I was on gear. My legs may very well be a hair bigger now too, I'm very happy with how things are progressing.

      Great to see you understand the importance of cardio. Muscle is great but your heart needs to be treated right.

      It's also helping towards dropping some BF% across the coming weeks, I have cut my carb intake down a fair amount and each meal the focus is meat or if nothing else quest protein bars and protein shakes. I consume my greens in drink form mostly, fruit is 50/50 whole fruit and certain fruit juices.

      Lying Ab Twists
      Kneeling Ab Wheel Rollouts
      Isometric band pull aparts in a lateral raise motion
      Jumping jacks with twists
      BFR Band tricep pushdowns
      BFR DB Curls

      DC style stretching after final sets
      GET SOME!
