Todays workout started with mobility and stretching then 3 rounds of pull ups, dips, and dip position hanging tuck knee raises all with 20lb vest on, dropped the vest and sprinted 150yards up the hill then walked back down.

DB Calf Raises
BW knee bent calf raises
Band tricep pushdowns
DB curls
Band OH Tricep Ext
DC style stretching after final sets

BW Squat to Calf Raises
Lunges
Lying Nordic Leg Curls
DB RDLs
BW Leg ext
BB Landmine Belt Squats
Bosu ball hip adduction
Archer squats
DC style stretching after final sets

Feeling a bit beat up but Feeling good enough to hit arms
Band tricep pushdowns
Standing Band Curls to Face hammer and palms up grips alternating rep to rep
Lying on bosu ball DB tricep skullchrushers
DC style stretching after final sets

Just yoga and stretching the past 2 days.
Today was a 1.6 mile run to get blood moving and help with recovery.

Band Tricep Pushdowns
DB curls
Ab bridge/plank for 3min switched between push up and Elbows positions as I fatigue, haven't done these in a while I see I need to bring them back.
DC style stretching after final sets
