      Todays warm up for the workout was a cold shower, then hot shower, 20min in the dry sauna at 105°, and backwards sled dragging. Then into

      DB RDLs
      Lying Nordic Leg Curls
      Tibialis Raises
      Machine Hip Adduction
      Horizontal Leg Press
      Machine Standing Calf Raises
      Strive Machine Leg Ext

      DC style stretching after final sets, that strive Leg ext Machine was the best Leg ext Machine I've ever gotten to use.

      I haven't been tracking weights yet since I'm still getting a feel for things at the new gym. I will begin tracking my numbers now that I've gotten to test out everything once through.

      This mornings workout was a killer workout, warmed up with a cold shower, then hot shower, and rolled into

      Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns
      Chin ups +25lbs
      Machine lateral raises
      Seated chest supported strive machine low Rows(palms up grip)
      Strive Machine incline chest press
      Nautilus Machine pullovers
      Shrugs on the deadlift machine(mimics trap bar deads)
      DB OH Tricep ext
      Machine preacher curls
      Strive machine OH Presses

      DC style stretching after final sets, I'm getting used to single working sets and taking them to true failure. I'm loving it and boy did todays workout kick my ass a bit haha. I was on a time crunch this morning so i didnt record my weights and reps, i will
      egin next session. Time for a few days off and food, I command you to grow!

      Todays workout was cardio. 3 rounds of BW pull ups, dips, and run .6mile. First 2 rounds the run parts had 150yard 80% max effort sprint at the end, and the 3rd round the run had a .3 mile sprint max effort to where I was completely out of gas by the finish line. Rest time between rounds was 30sec-1min.
