      Todays workout started with a good yoga session, cold shower, hot shower, then 12min in the dry sauna at 107°

      -Lat pull down chin grip 12 plates x11 last rep negative to failure
      -Seated dip machine 140lb x10 lastb2 reps negatives
      -Seated machine lateral raises 110lbs x8 dropset to 90lbs x5 last rep hold in top middle and bottom positions to failure
      -Reverse pec deck Posterior Shoulder flyes 105lbs x8 last rep hold end of rep to failure
      -Bent Over Cable tricep OH ext 50lbs x13 last rep hold top and bottom positions to failure
      -Shrugs using deadlift machine 90lbs each side x10 grip gave out took a breath x4 holding the weight last rep until grip gave again
      -strive machine curl 8plates x10 last rep negative to failure
      -strive Seated machine OH Press 13plates x8 failed take a breath x1 hold top middle and bottom positions to failure

      DC style stretching after final sets, feeling great after this workout.

      I'm loving this training style, if I didn't do so much yoga and stretching it would feel lacking but those things fill in the movement gaps you could say. If MarvelNerd reads this, I am noticing growth from this training style. I can definitely see a difference in the short time I've been doing it and I don't think it's just from the little bit of tbol I've been on.

      This mornings workout started with yoga and a warm up of a cold shower, hot shower, and 12min in the dry sauna at 104°

      -DB RDLs 70s x5(using these to loosen my long time tight hamstrings from all the distance running this summer)
      -Tibialis Raises ~2ft from Wall x14 with last 2 reps iso hold middle and bottom positions to failure
      -Standing Machine Calf Raises 100lbs x14 last 2 reps iso hold top position and negative to failure
      -Machine Hip Adduction 140lbs x17 last 2 reps iso hold close middle wide positions
      -Leg Press Close stance knees over toes 180lbs x20 last rep hold middle and bottom positions to failure
      -Strive Machine Leg Ext 10plates x14 last 2 reps negatives with iso holds top middle and bottom positions to failure

      DC style stretching after final sets.

      -Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns 65lbs x17 last 2 reps iso hold top, middle, and bottom positions to failure

      -lat pulldown chin grip 13plates x9 last rep iso hold bottom, middle and negative the rest of the rep to failure

      - BW dips +15lbs x11 dropset to just BW x4 last 2 reps had to start at the top and do negatives to failure

      -strive machine preacher curls 8plates x9 last rep hold top, middle, and bottom positions to failure

      Bent over cable OH Tricep Ext 55lbs x12 last 2 reps cheat to the top position and negatives to failure

      Kneeling ab wheel Rollouts x6, failed and dropset to 1min ab bridge/plank

      Lying ab twists x20ea side

      DC style stretching after final sets, I had baby deer legs in my arms and abs by the end haha.
