Todays workout started with a good yoga session, cold shower, hot shower, and 13min in the dry sauna at 106°
-Seated close neutral grip lat pulldowns 14plates x7
-Nautilus machine lat pullovers 140lbs x12 to failure, rest pause x2 with final rep negative to failure
-Band wrist ext x35ea side
-Seated machine lateral raises 110lbs x12 to failure, rest pause x2 with final rep iso hold top middle and bottom positions to failure
-deadlift machine Shrugs 115lbs ea side x15grip failed, drooset to 90lbs each x10 with final rep iso hold top position and negative to failure
Some stretching after final sets. TIme to eat, sleep, and grow.

Weighed in this morning at 198.6, empty with no food yet. I was expecting to see closer to 200-202, I will need to step calories up more despite eating cheat meals and getting in good amounts of protein. I do stay moving from wake to sleep most days though so I guess a more aggressive calorie surplus is answer.
BRB eating a whole box of thin mint cookies haha

Today was a cardio day, 3mile run with a 300yard max effort sprint at the end and collapsing after haha. That strong heart though!
Also I downloaded cronometer app today to help track calories and nutrients, this will help with making sure I'm in a slight calorie surplus to gain weight.

Todays calories and macros, ignore the macro percentages what I aim for and their suggestion are 2 different things.

I gotta feed the machine to grow it. This will be my daily aim for calories, fluctuations up and down a little will happen but this should make me grow at around .75-1lb a week
