      This mornings workout included hamstrings and back. I did more compound lifts with less sets but high reps and stretched between sets. Back was super pumped

      I passed out last night and didnt post my calories or fitbit info.

      This mornings workout included delts, traps, biceps, and triceps. Typical pump exercises for high reps with stretching between all sets.

      Thank you Max. I feel my chest over powers the rest of muppet body so I do maintenance work on it and hit my shoulders and arms with force to try and balance out over time. I promise you when I have a break from the wear and tear of work I will log a Max workout plan. As for diet I will adhere as best I can within my budget for food.

      Yes I am a redhead haha, I always thought red beards were common. It seems even guys with blonde and brown hair get red beards a lot or at least around home it's common. I'm growing it for hunting season, dad and brother are as well.
