      None of that looks appetizing to me, but that's just my taste. I stocked up on Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, oats, peanut butter, bananas, veggies, and protein powder to drastically decrease my need to eat out.

      There is an Anytime Fitness across from my hotel so I hammered on bi's, tri's, lats, abs, quads, and delta. Machine shoulder presses felt so good, haven't done much pressing with rehabbing this labrum back to 100% so it was a nice change.

      Will be heading to bed soon but this is today's macros. Much better food choices today. Workout was good, might change up the routine since I have machines to workout on for the next few weeks and do HIT Dorian Yates style with heavier weights without the risk of injury.

      I do avoid fast food it's rare I eat it so when I do it always bloats me. I'm the last person that will judge you though. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones haha.

      Tried a HIT workout today. I was pretty sure from yesterday so it didn't go as well as I hoped. Still a decent workout though. Hammered hamstrings, calves, lats, chest, traps/rear delts, and got a light pump in my arms.
