Pinned 200mg of L-carnitine this morning and took my usual morning supps.

Todays workout was dig out a foundation for sealing, took couple hours to dig 3ft deep 2ft wide and 20ft long probably 4-4.5 ton of dirt.

I hate digging lol. Its definitely a great workout though.

Just pinned, had a mini workout earlier today moving that 4 ton of dirt and rock back in the hole of the foundation.
Heading to the gym to hit legs

This evening's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then 4 rounds of sled pushes and backwards drags 15yards down and 15yards back
Legs
Tibialis Raises barefoot feet 2ft from Wall slow reps x19 to failure
Calf Raises on Hack Squat 230lbs x17 dropset to 180lbs x7 to failure, 2nd set 180lbs x10 to failure
Heavier Duty Bosu ball hip adduction x32 last 2reps iso hold to failure
Strive Machine Leg Ext 16plates x20
Nordic Lying Leg Curls x20 stopped shy of cramping
Incline Leg Press 4pps mix of narrow, mid, Sumo stances x20
DB RDLs 80s x10
DC style stretching after final sets
