      Arms, back, abs

      Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns 75lbs x25 dropset to 60lbs x10

      Chin grip lat pulldowns 16plates x7

      Nautilus Rotatry torso machine 170lbs x12ea side

      BB Ab Rollouts x29 superset with ab Vacuums 5sec hold x9 with only 1 or 2 breaths between ea

      Strive machine Seated chest supported low Rows 16plates x11 dropset to 13plates x5

      Nautilus lat pullovers 170lbs x12

      Strive machine preacher curls 11plates x10 dropset 8plates x5

      Bent over cable OH Tricep Ext 55lbs x18 dropset to 45lbs x8

      DC style stretching after final sets

      Today was a quick mobility session then just cardio, went for a trail run for the first time in a while. 3miles, took roughly 28min at a steady pace

      Arms, chest, shoulders, and back

      Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns 75lbs x26 dropset to 60lbs x9

      Neutral grip lat pulldowns 15plates x8

      Band Lateral Raises x1min of iso holds at the top to failure then pump reps, repeat

      Lying Cable Curls to Face 55lbs x12

      Nautilus machine lat pullovers 170lbs x16 dropset to 140lbs x9

      Strive machine Seated OH Press 9plates x5 dropset to 6plates x15

      Deadlift machine farmers holds 180lbs x:60sec

      Strive machine incline chest Press 8plates x18
