      Tried loading a rear lat soread pic but it wouldn't load no matterhow w small I resized it.

      Gained around 20lbs in 2 months.

      This evening's workout started with a quick yoga and mobility session, then 2mile on the Rogue Echo Bike in 6:30min with 1 max effort sprint towards the end reaching 1150watts.

      BB OH Press(testing) 95x3, 115x1, 125x1, 135xmissed rep --Rotator cuff work between sets

      BB Back Squat(testing) 135x3, 185x3, 225x3, 275x1, 315x1

      I wasn't sure what to expect after not doing any BB movements for a year or so.

      This evening's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike 3.5mile in 10min(I was hoofin at pretty good pace for that steady 280-315watts)

      Pull Ups-all 3 grips(testing) +35lbs x 1ea grip, +50lbs x 1ea grip(not the prettiest reps I'll call this 1RM)

      BB Bench Press(testing) 135x2, 185x1, 205xmissed rep my right tricep didn't have it I need to work on that

      BB Sumo Deadlift(testing) 225x3, 315x3, 405x1, 425x1, 455x1(I haven't hit this in a few years, very happy about this)

      Today's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike 3.4miles covered, forward and backwards sled pushes and drags 15yard down 15yard back 3 rounds
      Squat and OH Press Day w/accessories

      Light Band Rotator cuff exercises for a pump 2sets

      BW Lunges x10ea 1set

      Hip Adduction machine 190lbs(fullstack) x 12 superset with hip abduction machine 150lbs x 5

      Standing DB OH Presses 30s 3x5

      DB lateral raises 10s 1x10

      BB Back Squat 275 3x1, 225 1x3

      Feeling good
