Today's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 2.6miles
Pull ups, bench press, and Deadlift day w/accessories
Date tonight so added some arms at the end
Pull Ups-all 3 grips +35lbs 1x2 wide grip, 1x2 narrow neutral, 1x2 chin grip
DB Incline Presses 30s 3x5
DB Pendlay Rows 60s x3, 70s x3, 80s x3
BB RDLs 225lbs 3x3 focus on hip drive through
Seated Incline DB Curls 30s 1x10
Cable Rope tricep pushdowns 60lbs 1x16

Todays workout started with foam rolling and a good yoga and mobility session then just cardio on the Rogue Echo Bike 5.2miles in 20min with 1 max effort sprint up to 1300 watts.

Yeah but it keeps me from becoming fat. I always say if the day comes that I'm fat enough I can't see my own dick I'm done eating until I can see it again lol

Did some yoga and stretching then cardio on the Rogue Echo Bike 30min 7.1miles with a 20sec max effort sprint towards the end.
I think I'm going to find a chiropractor to hammer and chisel my shoulders and lats, these knots continuously showing up every few weeks and fucking up training is getting to be some fucking bullshit.
