      This evening's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 3.3mileswat a steady 290-380watts pace good burn

      Crucifix Cable Curls 40ea x9, 30ea x10

      Tibialis Raises barefoot feet 2ft from Wall x10

      Went to the chiropractor again today, it's making a ton of progress on breaking things loose in my right shoulder.

      It was sunny and warm so went for .7mile jog to get some sun.

      This mornings workout started with a quick yoga and mobility session, a cold shower, a hot shower, and 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 3.15miles with 1 max effort sprint up to 1150watts.
