      This mornings workout started with a quick yoga and mobility session, then 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 2.68miles with 1 max effort sprint up to 1180watts
      Chest, triceps, delts

      Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns 65lbs x20

      Cable chest flyes low to high for upper pec 30lbs ea side x10, x11

      Light Band Lateral Raises x25, x25

      Dips BW x15

      Bent over cable OH Tricep Ext 40lbs x20

      DC style stretching after final sets

      Update on supps still have my staples and have been running a stack of natural test boosters and just added ashwagandha in. I will be adding 10mg of LGD in E2D and took 10mg this evening with my sleepy time supps.

      I don't always take all of these but will rotate between 15mg MK677, valerian root capsules, blend(gaba, melatonin, lemon balm, passion fruit), sleepy herb tea, melatonin
