This evening's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 2.75miles.
Arms, back, abs
Lat Pulldowns 13plates narrow neutral grip x9, x8, chin grip x10
Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns 75lbs x16, x13 dropset to 65lbs x6
Rotary Torso Machine 130lbs x12ea side
Kneeling BB Ab Rollouts x15
Strive machine seated chest supported low Rows 13plates x14, x11
Nautilus lat pullovers 140lbs x15
Cable rope tricep pushdowns 55lbs x14, x11 ,dropset into Bent over cable OH Tricep Ext 40lbs x15
Strive machine preacher curls 10plates x9 , dropset to 7plates x6
DC style stretching after final sets

Took 10mg of LGD along with my sleepy time supps before bed
I need to weigh myself tomorrow morning and more regularly as the weeks pass. I'm thinking of continuing to eat in a surplus for a few more weeks then go into a cut until I have a 6pack. Ideally 8weeks of dieting down which will be accompanied by a cycle of likely test, Primo, and maybe var or some sarms.

Today's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then 15min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 4.32miles cruise pace except 3min at 250-330watts good sweat going.
Abs, shoulders
DB lateral raises 15s x13, 12.5s x13, 10s x20 (20sec between sets)
Strive machine seated OH Press 7plates x13, 6plates x10, 5plates x13 (30sec between sets)
Rotary Torso Machine 140lbs x10ea side, 120lbs x12 (20sec between sets)
Kneeling Ab wheel Rollouts x14
DB Farmers Carry 15yards down 15yards back 60s, 70s, 80s (30sec between sets)
DC style stretching after final sets, time between exercises was 1-2min, working on conditioning just kind of felt like it today.

Missed my dose of LGD last night, I'll take it tonight. Adding in 15mg Ostarine same days as the LGD.

Morning weight 218, forgot and had 2 cups of coffee in me already but I'll check more regularly.
After dosing both LGD and Ostarine last night I felt really recovered today, should be a good workout.

Arms and calves
Chin grip lat pulldowns 180lbs x8, 165lbs x9
Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns 70lbs x11, x13
Hack Squat Calf Raises 120lbs x12 rest pause x5
Seated Incline bench DB curls 25s x11, x10
Rope tricep pushdowns 50lbs x19 rest pause x4
