This mornings workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 2.53miles with a 30sec max effort sprint up to 1180watts towards the end.
Arms, abs, shoulders

DC style stretching after final sets. Post workout ate some pitted dates and drank a protein shake with some carb powder.
