Strive machine seated chest supported low Rows 12plates x14
Strive machine seated OH Press 9plates x14, x10

Morning weight is 221.4lbs. I should hit a steady 220 by the end of the month, then start into a cut and small blast cycle.
Yesterday's workout was on point, I'm sore in all the right places and it hurts just right haha
