Today's workout included delts, upper back/ rear delts, lats, and abs. The stretching and contracting from being zoned in was super intense and I got the biggest pump in my lats from doing a new lat pulldown variation with ropes. Feeling full as fuck and hungry lunch will come soon.

I also took some digestive enzymes to help with breaking down the food especially after all the cold milk showing down digestion. I feel it helps with bloating a lot too.

About 1c of sauerkraut, 7oz smoked Turkey kielbasa, some ketchup and yellow mustard.

6:15 Dinner
I bag of steam fresh green beans and potatoes, 11oz chicken thighs, 1oz of raw parmesan cheese. Earlier I made fresh cranberry juice from 1.5c of cranberries and water in the blender then strained, also added 2 tbsp of stevia sweetener to it.

Sauerkraut and Kilebasa is great !! I just posted some in Jokos thread! I can eat about 3lbs of it!! Lol

3c junk foody cinnamon roll cereal, 2c skim milk.
When I have calories to fill I eat stuff like this sometimes. I see no major harm in it.

8:15pm pre bed vits and compounds
.5c kefir, .5c white grapefruit juice, multivitamin, CoQ10, saw palmetto, k2, VitD, sleepy herb blend, turmeric extract, glucosamine(not the HCL kind), high dose fish oils.
