Good morning yall. Had my usual coffee, egg, milk, powders mixture. I also had another staple breakfast of mine 1.5c frozen blueberries thawed, 1.5c FF cottage cheese, healthy dose of cinnamon and nutmeg, sea salt, and stevia sweetener.

Lunch we ate at Chili's, I had smoked sausage, smoked beef brisket, corn and fries. Not healthy but it's not a normal occurrence.

Just let me know if you want raspberry, blackberry (I do not recommend if you can’t stay on top of this one lol), strawberry or Marion berry starts... if you want baby blueberry bushes they’re $8 each. But you can get the pink ones (pretty tart but sweet at the same time) which I love them. The ol man I buy my produce from starts growing these all in the green houses in January. Controlled environment to manipulate growth and no pesticides are used.

That would be awesome, I might be hitting you up in the spring. Home grown is always better. Thank you.

Sorry for the lack of update last night. We had grocery shopping to get done, laundry, blah blah all before bed so I was busy.
Breakfast was blueberries, cottage cheese, my egg coffee concoction around 6am. 10am I had fermented oats with protein isolate mixed in. About to hit a workout, I'm shifting to low rep heavy weight work for a few weeks to resensitize to volume training.
