      Why- mainly to help my liver, digestive system, etc clear out from the orals/cycle the last 8 weeks. The calorie deficit and fat loss are an added benefit, I will run eca stack, yohimbe, and L-carnitine still during the 4 days to aid further fat loss. How- I still drink coffee and green tea, take supps and minerals, but I've done a few 3 day fasts over the years so they get easier each time mentally speaking.

      Today's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, a cold shower, a hot shower, then 35min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 9.53miles
      Arms, shoulders, abs

      Chin grip lat pulldowns 180lbs x9, x9

      Rope tricep pushdowns 55lbs x22, x16

      Medium Band facepulls x25, x30, x30

      Kneeling BB Ab Rollouts x20, x20

      Strive machine seated OH Press 12plates x12, 10plates x15

      Strive machine preacher curls 10plates x11, 8plates x14

      Bent over cable OH Tricep Ext 50lbs x19

      DC style stretching after most sets.

      Took yohimbe before work, worked a 12hr day outside brush and roller painting wood soffit. Took tbol before bed, definitely in a calorie deficit today.

      Morning weight 202.8, I know a couple pounds of this fast drop is water from sweating out all day yesterday.

      Took yohimbe this morning, this afternoon I'll take tbol preworkout. The last bit of eca stack, var, L-carnitine, etc is only enough for like 5 days so that all will be added during the 4 day fast to maximize fat loss during that time.

      Took more yohimbe and tbol preworkout. Mixed a new preworkout to my usual one, it has glycerol and Ldopa plus some other stims so let's see how it treats me.

      This afternoon's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then 35min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 9.22miles
      Arms and lats

      Crucifix Cable Curls 50lbs ea side x7, 40lbs ea x15

      Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns 75lbs x18, x17, 65lbs x13

      Straight Arm Cable Lat Prayer 50lbs x8

      Strive machine seated chest supported low Rows 14plates x9

      DB skullcrushers on 45 bench 12.5s x22, x20

      Seated Incline bench DB curls 25s x12

      DC style stretching after most sets, even with preworkout and everything I was gassed pretty fast today but got it done.

      Took some yohimbe with my morning supps. Had a small few hour paint job this morning, took longer than expected bro I'm fucking gassed from the hard calorie deficit. Feeling woozy at times and nauseous from the hunger pangs so I got some carbs in me preworkout as well as Var and Tbol. 4 day fast starts tomorrow and will lead into a deload for a week or 2.

      This evening's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then 30min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 7.82miles
      Legs

      Hack Squat Calf Raises 140lbs x18, x12

      Hip Adduction machine 160lbs x18

      Leg Press 180lbs narrow stance x20

      DC style stretching after all sets(there weren't many haha).
