Here's today's macro breakdown. Total calories was at 4010. The majority of my fats came from peanut butter, it was a weird day diet wise. The carbs and protein came easy but it wasn't until evening I realized I didn't have much fats so I downed 6tbsp of peanut butter to get me in a better range for fat intake.
On a separate note I'm on night shift(5pm-3am) now on this job so my feeding window is altered dramatically. Like last night's shift was short so I fell asleep around 2am, slept until 9 ate breakfast, and then slept for 2 more hours. Woke up and went to the gym. I think this could workout as long as I fall back asleep for those few more hours if not I'm going to have to figure out a different eating schedule.
