      Today's workout was actually fun. I just did cardio but did a variety. Started with rowing machine sprints 20cals at a time with short breaks between. Then battle ropes focusing on working my abs, rotation, shoulders, lats, and arms. Then finished with a slight incline jog for a little bit. Felt great afterwards.

      Here's today's macro breakdown. Total calories was at 4010. The majority of my fats came from peanut butter, it was a weird day diet wise. The carbs and protein came easy but it wasn't until evening I realized I didn't have much fats so I downed 6tbsp of peanut butter to get me in a better range for fat intake.

      On a separate note I'm on night shift(5pm-3am) now on this job so my feeding window is altered dramatically. Like last night's shift was short so I fell asleep around 2am, slept until 9 ate breakfast, and then slept for 2 more hours. Woke up and went to the gym. I think this could workout as long as I fall back asleep for those few more hours if not I'm going to have to figure out a different eating schedule.

      Had good workout, deadlifts for the first time in months. Worked up to a 405 single then dropped down and did some 5's with 225. Aside from that I did HIT style and worked lats, chest, delts, hamstrings, then some pump work for my bi's and tri's. Felt good had veins popping everywhere by the end of the workout.

      Macro break down for the day. They had doughnuts at work and I let my inner fat kid run free for a day Haha. Total calories were 5285.

      Today's workout I hammered on lats, traps, triceps, calves, abs, and quads. My quads were quivering when I was done Haha. Felt good and had great pumps.
