Today's workout: stretching then 10min of cardio running stairs
Main movement- Narrow Stance RDL(deep hamstring stretch) 315lbs 3x5
Accessory lifts- BW Leg Curls with 45lb vest on 3x8
Single Leg Leg Ext 100lbs 3x8ea

Just cooked and ate dinner. Made boneless skinless chicken thighs and had leftover potatoes and onions with it. After dinner I took a benadryl with some grapefruit juice so I can pass out early tonight. I have to go to my works warehouse tomorrow, we have to repackage some materials, arrange everything back in order and pressure wash the floors. It's in the city about an hour and a half away so yay for traffic tomorrow morning.

Dont worry I'm ready. Today was a fluke sort of, just got busy and didnt pay attention to eating enough food. I wasnt my usual regimented meals premade self today haha.

Good morning all. Sorry I wasnt on much yesterday I had work in the city for a day. Also my wife came home upset, a family friend of hers passed away so I been trying to spend time with her and console her. She doesnt handle death well at all so shes hurting.

This weekend has been a family weekend. Been resting up and doing mobility work to get ready for my new training program starting soon. Today were going out in the woods to look for hunting spots so some light cardio haha.
