You are right reat is good, it just goes against how I was raised but as I get older I'm my own person and dont have to GO GO GO all the time.
Unfortunately my wife is pretty sick so the extra curricular activities we enjoy are on hold for a few days until shes better and cant get me sick. I feel bad for her she feels unwell a lot, I hardly ever feel unwell so she gets upset when i male suggestions to help her get better that dont end up working. Shes not about this lifestyle like i am so she doesnt take very good care of herself, shes getting better the longer were together though.

Went to the bathroom and weighed myself 218.5 so slow gain of 1.5lbs over maybe 2 weeks time.

Slow and steady wins the race. Also, being consistent with feedings, timing and fully emanrscing the training. Hopefully, your wife gets well soon; I hope it isn’t a chronic type condition. My girl is mean as a wildebeest when I am sick! Lol . She’s like- { I AM NOT YOUR NURSE!!}. I’m a huge baby when I am sick!! Lol

I have been consistent with food and training program.
I don't think it is chronic, she just needs to learn how to take better care of herself.
