      Today was an easier day, I hit some trap bar deads, KB swings, and then got a crazy pump in my bis and tris. I miss trap bar deadlifts, I'm going to have to buy a bar for the home gym.

      Today's macro breakdown. My fats were way too high, I ate half a dozen chocolate chip cookies so that might've had something to do with it. Total calories for the day was 4560.

      Trained early today hammered on hamstrings, calves, lats, rear delts/traps, delts, and pumped my bis and tris. These carbs have me looked pumped almost all day haha.

      Today's macro breakdown total calories was 3670. I'm going to eat before bed at 4am because I'm starving and will be behind on calories by that time rolls around.

      Great workout today, I had a good mental connection and focus. I hammered on abs, lower lats, traps, quads, upper chest, bis and tris. The pull downs had my lower lats so full of blood it was awesome, and my quads were super pumped as well. All these calories gotta be doing something because I'm staring to have the juicy pumped look again rather than always looking flat. I cant wait to weigh myself back home in a week or so

      Cardio day did the same as last week. Started with tow machine doing 20cal sprints 5 times with short rest between, then battle ropes, and ended with a a run on the treadmill. I hit the row sprints hard today and got my heart rate up towards peak output roughly 175-180bpm for a couple of the sprints. Felt good whole workout then did lots of stretching afterwards.

      Macro breakdown for today, total calories was 4525. It's currently 11:45 at night and I've already burnt 5500 calories at work. I'm will be very behind on calories today.

      Today's workout was awesome. I have a lifting partner now, one of the brick layers on the job is a gym rat too. Hammered chest, tris, back, bis, and quads. Awesome pump.
