      Yeah I'm not going to be running anything for a while, gotta get healthy 110% first and get back top a routine. I have a special plan for the next year or so involving various sarms and MK677. Maybe in a few months or so I'll outline everything.

      So I havemt weighed myself in a few weeks and I'm sure I lost weight since dropping the gear. However now that the ON look has gone I have kept most of my size I built.

      I feel as long as I can stay healthy, and keep slowly adding volume and weight back to my workouts I will easily maintain 225lbs of bodyweight which would be 10lbs of muscle gained from before the cycle until now.

      Still taking it easy on my right teicep tendon, it hasnt made the grinding crunching feeling like it was but there's still a tightness and pressure on pressing movements despite using very little weight but it's better than before so baby steps.

      Todays workout was mainly chest, hamstrings, and calves but I hit a few pump sets of delts, triceps, and biceps as well.

      I started counting calories again as well today so this week will bring me back to a proper diet and calorie intake.

      I'm prepping some chicken breast, rice, onions, garlic, and seasoning in the slow cooker. This shredded mixture will get put on top of spinach, variety color bell peppers, and shredded carrots salad. This will be lunch and mid morning snacks for the week. Other snacks that can be thrown in for throughout the work day will be blueberries and cottage cheese, Pbfit peanut butter(less fat more protein) and fruit only jelly sandwiches on multigrain bread, or smart pop kettle corn mini bags. Breakfasts will be either high protein cereal with FF milk, blueberries and cottage cheese, or just a coffee/protein shake with whole eggs, protein powder, pbfit, raw cacao powder, FF milk, just depends on time restrictions and what I have a taste for. Dinners are usually some cut of meat and potatoes or or mixed veggies of some kind. For my sweet tooth I'll just eat more bags of smart pop kettle corn because that shit is fucking good! And only 100cals for a mini bag which is like 5-5.5 cups popped.

      No lift today, scheduled off day. Have to go to the library after work and update my resume, applying for a pipeline job. I really hope by some miracle I get it, it pays 625$ a day for basically the same type of inspection work I've been doing for WAY less.
