Today was shoulders, back, and triceps followed by light cardio on the stairs.
2 days in of clean eating and I feel a world better. Just goes to show when you eat junk you become junk.

Last nights calories were off by a couple hundred was still hungry laying in bed so went down to the kitchen and had a banana and glass of milk.

Todays workout was a quick one this morning chest, hamstrings, and calves.
Feeling tired from the OT last night but I'm working for the power plant job today, we just have to go to our warehouse and clean some mixing machines and move around some product nothing crazy.

Also forgot to mention this morning. I weighed myself........lost more lbs than I thought, 215lbs. I still stand by what I said before though that I kept basically all of the muscle I built on cycle. A couple things I learned from this, 1 adding in a growth hormone variant along side anabolic hormones definitely increases growth potential for muscle, 2 high dose test for me adds a ton of water weight more than I realized.
Since my heart issues have come and gone my calories havent been nearly as much as on cycle. I have taken in a good amount of protein that whole time though, this has helped me recomp. How else would I weight the same as the start of the cycle but look noticeably bigger if not building muscle and dropping bodyfat. I can say that my top 4 abs are more visible in the mornings lately.
Thank you to Max for helping me to realize that high protein, low fat, and moderate to high carbs agrees well with my body and helped me to recomp. So thank you to everyone that helped me these past few months and with this info let's see where I can go from here.
