I am so glad this respiratory SARS bug is going away!! Lol
. Good luck and remember; all natty- you recover slower and do not utilize calories as well. As long as you keep up with your training and diet; you can continue to improve and get ripped; if you want !!
I’ll be here!

Are you going to log that experiment or dont have time?
One nice thing is with high protein intake spread throughout the day even at maintenance or just above I dont feel catabolic at all. I'm sure carbs also help with this but I think following the same macro breakdown you had me on on cycle but adjusting calories works very well for me.

What does a typical training day look like? I am interested how you put together your shoulders, back and tri-cep day for example. Movements and sets? I have started doing behind the back barbell shrugs recently and really enjoying them.

Honestly right now there's almost no structure to my training just getting it in is the only goal. Coming off health issues a few weeks ago and starting into PCT I'm just trying to stimulate the muscle with light weights and lots of drop sets so I can spare my joints. Working construction plus training heavy never ends well for me but usually I start with lateral Raises then OH Press, go to lat pulldowns or assisted pull ups finish with DB rows rear Delt flies, shrugs all just high reps and drop sets then DB kick backs for triceps. Sorry I am not more informative than that but it's getting me by currently.

No that sounds good. I am all for progressive overload but I think many go way overboard with it. Plus there also needs to be deload periods were you essentially go in and do exactly what you are doing. The fact you have just started PCT just makes training this way smarter. Everytime I come off everything the main thing I notice are my joints. I have trained heavy in that period and it just messes me up in the end so what you are doing is smart. All the guys who push the weight to the max end up injuring themselves and are usually full of issues because they can't mentally back down. I personally love going into the gym and just pumping the shit out of the muscle so I should do that myself for a few weeks. Do you ever do giant sets like Milos Sarcev?

From time to time I'll do giant sets but not typically. A normal superset some to failure is enough stimulus for me in general.
