Hit quads, hamstrings, and calves this evening.
Calories have been steady around 3300-3600 per day with typically protein being around 280-320g l, fats around 50-70g, and carbs 300-500g. Feeling good will check weight this weekend.

Not much of a goal honestly, trying to stay consistent with getting workouts in around working OT. Minimize bodyfat gain, maintain muscle mass, that's about it.

No lift yesterday, just multiple cardio sessions with the wife throughout the day. Cleaned the house and did laundry the rest of the day.

I was off work today had a doctors appointment to diagnose lumps growing on my neck, they think its lymph nodes but they're in not typical places where lymph nodes are or usually swell up so we shall see for sure I couple days. I think someone put a curse on me over the past year, first it was my torn labrum, then the heart inflammation thing, now this, what gives!? I'm 28 this shouldn't be happening.
Todays workout was hamstrings, quads, and calves with some cardio on the stairs after.
