Todays workout was hamstrings, quads, calves, and abs followed by moderate to high intensity cardio on the stairs. Took 15ish mgs of Cardarine a few hours before the workout, it definitely increased my lung capacity and kept lactic acid build up away during the workout good shit. Feeling good might throw Cardarine in a couple days a week to help bring my cardio fitness level back up.

Dosed 20mg of Cardarine this morning, holy shit. Hunger is comparable to MK677, been hangry most of the day which isn't pleasant bit oh well, no jitters but must keep moving. This stuff is impressive.

Hit back, shoulders, and pumped up my biceps and triceps to finish the workout. I burnt way more calories today and didn't really do much more physical work than any other day. I'm assuming it's the Cardarine causing this.

So this is the 2and day on Cardarine now and the lack of patience is consistent. I know this stuff isn't hormonal but I get moody on it.
