Tonight was full body lower body with good girl/bad girl warm up, heavy low rep DB lunges, leg press, BW lying leg curls, DB RDLs, seated calf machine/ standing calf raises, leg ext machine. Heavy drop sets to failure with intense stretching DC style.
Went for a easy jog around town before making my way home.

Today was back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. Weighted pull ups, trap bar deadlift working to heavy singles with a top set of 455(tried 475 but my low back was already a little sore so no go), 1 arm cable rows, machine OH Press, 1 arm preacher Curls, cable OH triceps/ dips on machine. Kept it heavy, intense stretching between sets, feeling good though.
The gym is closing since everyone is losing their shit, back to home workouts again for a bit.

Left work early felt like shit, they sent me to get checked out. No Corona or anything so I guess I was just really run down today. Taking a day off no lifting or cardio just relaxing.

Yeah, but with all this craziness going on it has me second guessing why I was feeling like shit hence having to go get check for flu or corona. All of this shot going on is starting to really get to everyone, hell work might get shit down amd and I work construction we usually don't get days off ya know.

I ate a little more than I should have for my activity level yesterday and was expecting to be up to like 208 209 area.
Weighed in at 203.8 down from 207 a few days ago and BF dropped to 18% from 18.9%. My 4 pack is becoming quite pronounced just need to get the spare tire below and on the sides. I'm estimating I'll weigh around 195-198 when my 6 pack is totally visible. I will post some update pics in the coming week or so.
