      Todays workout was squats worked up to 295 2x3 then a few burnout sets, BB OH Press for high reps, deficit push ups with feet elevated, DB rear Delt Flies, BB shrugs, DB lateral Raises.

      So 8 was going to wait u till next week for progress pics but my buddy came over to lift today and we end led up taking some pics anyhow so I will post those next.

      Yesterday's total calories consumed was 5030....I ate some Dave's killer bagels and 2 doughnuts for dessert so that's why my calories were so high, it's mostly carbs so I'm not too concerned about the surplus of calories.

      Started my day with a few cups of coffee, 15mg Cardarine, and a NO2 Booster containing 3g arginine hcl, 2.5g arginine akg, and 2.5g citrulline. I did 30min of cardio alternating between jump rope and jumping jacks. Towards the end my heartrate was in the 190s during the hardest parts of my intervals and 130s during my rest periods. Didnt feel like my heartrate was that high though because I had smoked a pot prior to workout which I always have blunted pain or discomfort signals while high so I was able to push super hard without feeling it.

      Feeling really good, had some great morning sex so this day is starting off pretty damn good haha. GET SOME!
