      Todays workout was lower body, 120yard sprints superset with 185lb BB sissy squats for high reps. Definitely an intense workout, I was sucking wind at parts. The squats hit my quads with a huge pump then the sprints hammered the shit out of my hamstrings and glutes.

      Another concrete pour in the morning so early start again tomorrow.

      Todays workout was back and arms included pull ups, BW rows, dips, BB curls, and cable triceps OH ext into pushdowns, then jogged around the yard a bit with the dogs since its sunny out.

      Todays workout was chest, shoulders, triceps, and abs. After I went for 1.25 mile run at a moderate pace. Been up since 2:30am probably going to hit the peace pipe, cook dinner, shower, and relax or pass out whichever comes first haha

      This morning around 7am when I took the dogs outside i hopped on my pull up/dips bar and did a few sets of each assisted tricep focused Dips and BW rows or curls focusing on the biceps with deep stretching between sets.

      Then todays workout around 10am started with 1/4 mile sprints superset with various grip pull ups low reps to focus on form, both while wearing a 20lb vest. Sprint times were as follows 1'35" 1'30" 1'25" 1'18" and the pull ups were 6 sets of 3. I then went into BB rows 135lb for 2 sets of high reps switched between OH and UH grip, then into RDLs 135lb for high reps superset with BW lying leg Curls to failure. Finished up with a triset of cable triceps for a pump, 1arm Preacher machine Curls, band assisted pull ups to failure. Intense stretching between sets.

      Now for some breakfast, then going ATV riding with my dad, his GF, and my wife fun fun.

      Did running around today, grocery shopping, and some chores.

      Todays workout was fast and intense, I was pressed for time. To start what I thought were 1/4 mile sprints I was running was wrong. I used google maps to measure but my Fitbit said they're actually a little over an 1/8 mile. So that means my sprints are worse than I thought and I need to work on my running capabilities overall.

      I ran 2 true 1/4 mile sprints with about 30sec rest in between. Then hit BFR leg ext, I did single leg alternating between legs with no breaks for 5 sets then took the wraps off and stretched while my quads were still gorged with blood. It hurt haha. Then was BFR cable Tricep Pushdowns superset with cable OH Skullcrushers. I did 3 sets with 30 sec rest between, dropped the wraps and stretched my triceps behind the head with a theraband to pull my triceps into a deeper stretch, I held until the pain was too much.

      I love BFR training it's so efficient and I get pumps to the point my triceps have never looked as big as they did today.

      Going to give myself a haircut, eat dinner, and shower then head to bed around 6:30 since we have another concrete pour at 4:30am tomorrow. Take care everyone and have a good night.
