      So I have finished up my Ostarine run it was basically 4 weeks at 15-20mg a day. I am definitely impressed, people who say it's too weak must have set their expectations too high. I was amazed at the muscle retention, joint repair, and strength increase from such a small dose. Makes me excited to try the other sarms LGD, RAD140, S23, YK11, etc. After this cut is complete I want to maintain my leanness for a bit to reset my body composition and reach homeostasis. Then I want to lean bulk stepping calories back up slowly and might combine low dose LGD or RAD140, YK11,and MK677 for a month or 2. Time will tell what I decide to do.

      Also the only side effect I experienced from Ostarine was more acne than normal. PCT will be a week of clomid at 10mg a day then a normal test booster that also includes a couple grams of DAA.

      This morning I was bored so I put on my 20lb vest and went for a 30min walk.

      Training today about to hit abs, walk with the weight vest on for a while, then hit chest.

      Working on the peeled part, dieting sucks but it could be worse. I'm cutting on roughly 3000-3400 calories a day, many guys would have to drop down to around 2000-2500 to accomplish the same goal.
