Todays workout was just biceps, triceps, and delts with jumping jacks throwing in between all my sets.

Stayed home today with my wife since it's her birthday, and it was a good excuse to get away from the bullshit that is work.
Just got done hitting full lower body workout, my legs are feeling nice and tight. Gotta be in bed early, 2am wake up for a 4:30am concrete pour....oh what joy!

Her birthday was good, boring since everything is shutdown. We ordered Mexican takeout though since that's her favorite.

Feeling pretty tired, woke up at 1:15am to piss and couldn't fall back asleep so just got ready and went to work.
This evening's workout was back, delts, and chest. Landmine T Rows, Incline DB Presses, DB OH Presses, Lateral Raises, Pull Ups, with jumping jacks between my sets. I've been stepping up the number of jumping jacks between sets to break into cardio heartrate zone. Feeling pretty good.

Today's workout was abs, traps, biceps, triceps, and lots of jumping jacks between every set. Super intense working, I took 100mg viagra, a cup of coffee, Cardarine, and smoked prior to working. I was in fucking zone the whole workout.
