      Did half hour of cardio on the elliptical, then hit Cable Skullcrushers 4x10 67.5 on the stack, DB Curls 45x6each then 40 3x9 each, Cable Tricep Pushdowns 55 4x10.

      Weighted Chin Ups +25 3x5 and BWx8, Incline DB Press 60 4x6, Captains Chair Abs superset with DB Laterals 15 3x20, Rear Delt Flyes 25 3x15 super set with Smith Shrugs 230 2x15 then 180 x20, BW Dips x15 x12 x10, Seated Cable Rows 160 4x6, Preacher Curl Machine lots of reps for a pump, Cabke Skullcrushers lots of reps for a pump.
      GET SOME!
