Woke up at 4am and couldn't fall back asleep so went and got my loft done for the day.
Got warmed up, used hip abd/add machines to get blood moving in the glutes and lower back. Started with TBar Rows for 12-16 reps to get a pump, also did hanging toes to bar for abs 4x 10-14. Once i had a pump I went heavy and added bands to the chest supported row machine 3x 6-10 each set getting heavier. Went on to cable twists for obliques for high reps, and a super set of cable straight arm lat pulldowns with the rope attachment and neutral grip lat pulldowns with a 3 second hold at the bottom of each rep 3x8-14. I finished with cable front double bicep curls 3x5-8 and as always jumping jacks between all sets for sets of 50 reps. All in all a good workout. I especially liked the banded machine rows, I will try this intensity technique on other exercises this week.

I ended up getting rained out so had today off work. Truth be told I was kind of lazy but had some great sex, relaxed, ate a bunch of protein heavy meals, so I'm sure I will be recovered well tomorrow.
I just finished an hour or so of cardio at the gym so I wasn't a total bumb today. 3 20ish minute sessions, 1 on the bike, 1 on the aerodyne row machine, and 1 on the treadmill steep incline fast paced walking. Feeling good, going to find something for dinner likely chicken, smoke a bowl with my best friend who is coming over, and then try and get some good restful sleep so I can crush legs tomorrow. Work got rained out again, so went to the gym first thing this morning. Hit quads, hamstrings, and calves. Meadows style workout, it was pretty intense, finished with cardio on the treadmill. My legs are like jello and all I want is food in my stomach lol.

Now that im home and have food in me I can go into more detail about the workout.
Warmed up and started off with a 2 round circuit of hip abd/adduction machine, leg curl machine, and leg ext machine pumping blood into my legs. Went into heavy leg press triset with pistol squats and standing calf raises on a machine. After that I hit banded BB RDLs, these ha dmy hamstrings firing so hard so I had to keep the reps around 6-10. Then went into seated calf raise machine superset with 1leg calf raises, followed by BW lying leg curls. Finished with leg ext machine again 2 sets of double droplets. I stretched deep between most of my sets, by the end I could hardly get up off the floor. Did some cardio on the treadmill, steep incline walking at a decent pace for almost a mile. After all that I was done, im sitting at home now after I ate and have no energy to get up and move haha. I havent had a leg day this good in a long time, that John Meadows might be onto something lol.

Dinner was BLTs I made mine with turkey bacon, Dave's killer powered bread, homegrown tomatoes, lettuce, red onions,, miracle whip, and Sriracha. GET SOME!

I had an awesome workout this morning. Shoulders, chest, and triceps. Warmed up and started off with Smith machine upper back/upright row hybrid for a pump(pumped my biceps a bit too added bonus) and cable tricep Pushdowns. Then came the intensity work, banded seated OH press machine(these felt amazing) superset with 2 handle cable shrugs. Next was DB incline press staying 6-8reps triset with BW dips and reverse pec deck for posterior shoulders. Finished with DB Laterals run the rack(RTR) triset with reverse pec deck RTR and cable OH skullcrushers RTR.
I was so pumped and full, I took some shirtless progress pics since the gym was empty i will post them later. Ive been working out with just a cup of coffee and little almond milk or skim milk the past few days. I like this im not tired like I would've expected and im.not bloated from food so my pumps show through and I look great during my workouts. I think i might continue this trend.
