By all means post here, that was the reason for creating this log to interact t with yall and hold myself accountable. Im guessing you mean a chimney flue on a house? Were actually working in a power plant flue stack and in the ducts. Its a cool job I get to travel which I would've never done without this job. After all the cookies I ate at pur cookout this last weekend the cookie this morning wasn't quite as amazing, im cookied out haha.

This mornings workout was biceps, triceps, delts, traps, chest, and a little pump work for my lats. Good workout, constant movement no breaks so by the emd I was drenched in sweat.
Breakfast was 6egg whites and 2 whole eggs, banana, milk, coffee, and my cookie from last night. I took 2 greek yogurts and a banana for later.

I ate my yogurts and banana earlier. We just got out of the power plant early because we finished everything we could do for the day. We stopped at Chipotle on the way back to the hotel so I got a chicken salad with veggies, salsa, and guacamole.
I have an article to write for our works newsletter then im going to go for a run or hit the elliptical.

I honestly have never been to Chipotle. Crazy eh! They are everywhere too. I will try it one day! I am a sucker for Guacamole anything!

They're not bad for a chain restaurant and definitely a healthier option than most fast food places.

Idk if they have tacos, I think its burritos, burrito bowls, and salads. I could be wrong though

I was bored so I hit arms and shoulders again, just a few light weight pump sets, then went for a maybe 2.5-3mile run exploring the town around my hotel. I ate shit at the beginning of the run, uneven side walk that I didn't see put me down hard. I thought I broke my toe but its just bruised up and I scraped a few layer of skin from my elbow and side. I came back from my run covered in blood, im sure on lookers were wondering what the hell happened to me haha. I need some food im hungry as hell!

Bodybuilders arent the best runners anyway, lol . Hope your okay. Damn city!! I blame them, ha.
