      Took 10mg of LGD and 15mg Ostarine along side my sleepy time supps before bed.

      Just yoga before bed.

      Got frustrated and lost my.cool a little bit today. I hate that feeling.

      Took 10mg of LGD and 15mg Ostarine this morning pre workout.

      This mornings workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 2.53miles with a 30sec max effort sprint up to 1180watts towards the end.
      Arms, abs, shoulders

      Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns 75lbs x16, x12 ,superset with
      Chin grip lat pulldowns 180lbs x8, x6

      Light Band Lateral Raises x28

      Strive machine seated OH Press 8plates x15

      Kneeling BB Ab Rollouts x15

      Strive machine preacher curls 10plates x10, 7plates x9 last rep negative

      Rope cable tricep pushdowns 50lbs x18, x11

      DC style stretching after final sets. Post workout ate some pitted dates and drank a protein shake with some carb powder.

      Strive machine incline chest Press 10plates x14

      Light Band Lateral Raises(FullROM) x27

      Strive machine seated preacher curls 11plates x6 ,dropset to 8plates x5

      Bent over cable OH Tricep Ext 45lbs x18

      DC style stretching after final sets

      Leg Press medium, narrow, wide stances mixed in set 270lbs x18
