      Todays workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, a cold shower, a hot shower, and 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 2.67miles.
      Arms

      Chin grip lat pulldowns 165lbs x10, x7

      Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns(different cable machine than usual) 60lbs x15, x14

      Seated Incline bench DB curls 20s x14

      Rope cable tricep pushdowns(different cable machine than usual)50lbs x20

      DC style stretching after final sets.

      Morning weight is 221.4lbs. I should hit a steady 220 by the end of the month, then start into a cut and small blast cycle.

      Yesterday's workout was on point, I'm sore in all the right places and it hurts just right haha

      Today's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then 15min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 4.2miles with 2 2min sprints and 315-365watts good burn nice sweat going.
