      The gain phase ended end of April, I ate by feel.for a week or so then transitioned into a 8week cut and small blast cycle to go.with it

      Today's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then 20min on the elliptical resistance level 7 120watts 2060strides.

      Hack Squat Calf Raises 140lbs x12, x10 dropset to 90lbs x7

      Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns 65lbs x18, x18

      Crucifix Cable Curls 40lbs ea side x8, 35lbs ea side x12

      Nautilus machine lat pullovers 170lbs x12, 160lbs x13(figured out just the right form/positioning in the machine I got amazing lat contraction on this)

      Bosu ball crunches BW x16

      Strive machine preacher curls 11plates x6 dropset to 7plates x7

      Bent over cable OH Tricep Ext 45lbs x22

      DC style stretching after most sets
