Back to the daily log yall. Today was an off day from training. Last night I pinned 1200iu of HCG. It was from purerawz and it passed the pregnancy test so were good to go. Although if I'm being honest I've been off cycle for 5 weeks, waited long enough for the EQ to clear, and I dont feel like my natural test is suppressed very much. I still have lots of energy, morning wood everyday, sex drive is good, literally everything feels fine. I dont suspect that I have much if any gear left in my system since I wasnt on a very high dosage in the first place so 5 weeks should have been plenty to clear out. I domt think I will run a very intense PCT since this is the case. Clomid will start in a few days and another shit of hcg will take place in about a week or so, I will most likely run 20mg of clomid the first 2 weeks then taper down the following 2 weeks to 10mg. I will post results and updates here.

Today's workout was traps, delts, tris, and abs. No lifts worth mentioning just normal pump exercises for high reps.

Unfortunately no, life has been busy and my sole goal has been making money so we can hopefully buy a house by December. Although if we get a house that will open a whole new avenue of projects to work on.

Took my first dose of clomid last night 20mgs.
This morning's workout was quads, back, and bis. Again no lifts worth mentioning just the usual pump exercises for high reps with intense stretching between sets.

I haven't been counting calories for the past month but my weight has stayed at 225 the entire time. I will start counting admonish next week.
Today's total calories burnt is around 5100 by the time I fall asleep.

Today's workout included hamstrings, chest, biceps, and triceps. No lifts worth mentioning just the usual pump exercises for high reps.
Since my workouts are when I first wake up I've been downing a coffee protein shake mixture with cacao powder. It definitely gives me the fuel needed to lift when first getting out of bed. I never understood lifting on an emtpy stomach, you have no fuel in the tank.
