I decided to keep the Ostarine at 15mg a day. If I feel good, am losing BF, and my strength is going up then I see no point in increasing the dosage.

We hit chest, shoulders, and triceps today. My wife wanted to get through quickly so I introduced her to drop sets. We did drop sets for pretty much every exercise, and were smoked by the end. My delts and triceps were so gorged with blood it hurt so good!

I use MyfitnessPal app, you can manually look up foods or scan the barcode. Its nice
