Back to work today building pools. I forgot to mention I did and hour of mobility work yesterday morning before running later in the day.
Breakfast today was greek yogurt and FF cottage cheese with frozen berries. Lunch is green peppers, a couple turkey Frank's, and an apple.

Definitely in a calorie deficit today, im ready for dinner. I have painting to do tonight when I get home as well, no rest today. No workout today either, tomorrow I will go back to to my normal morning workouts.

With you and Max posting your actual foods, it inspired me to do it too. At least sometimes. Mine is pretty much always the same with a little tweak here and there. Anyway, it is just as interesting to see how other people make the food work as it is to see their workouts and gear, to me.

Hit back, shoulders, biceps, and traps this morning, great workout. And went for a jog for a mile or 2 this evening.
Dinner is grass fed steak and fried potatoes with onions.

Yooooooo dinner was so good I cooked the steaks over charcoal with wood mixed in. Had a fire cooked taste, plus the fried potatoes and I was in Valhalla lol.

“Odin, I bid you take your place in the halls of Valhalla, where the brave shall live forever. Nor shall we mourn but rejoice, for those that have died the glorious death.” Nor shall we mourn but rejoice for those that have died the glorious death.”
And bless the charcoal and hardwoods!!
Sounds delicious! I had almost the same. Halibut is the White Steak of the Sea.

My physical self, the ego, knows violence isn't sustainable for this life. So I seek to find peace daily, which is jo easy task and causes me many conflicts internally. But my spirit self, my consciousness, hopes the after life is what you create it to be. What better way to spend eternity than to battle daily until death, the ultimate test of ones physical ability. Then to be regenerated each night and dine on the greatest feast you can imagine with the greatest of warriors. I can only hope for such an experience because if im honest I can feel inside me that that is what I was built for, but this worldly body isn't built for that.
Man the struggles between ego and spirit are serious for me lately.

Well said brother. I dig. I respect the outlook. You got a real calm sort of vibe the way you write. You're a well put together dude. Inner and mental strength is every bit as important as physical conditioning. What do you do to stay sharp?
